Philipp picked up photography in 2009, during his undergraduate studies to become an aerospace engineer. Because he was not sure about how serious of a hobby his photography would be, he decided to go for an entry level Nikon D60 at first. Soon, he realized that his outdoor activities provided lots of great opportunities for taking photos. While he ended up in IT consulting, his gear received upgrades to a full-frame Nikon D750. His favorite and most-used lens is a Sigma 24-70mm, f2.8.
